How to engage with the awards programme
A guide for entrants, sponsors and partners — including historic information for visitors arriving from legacy ticketing links.
A note for returning visitors
This page exists at the legacy address that previously hosted ticket and table booking information for the annual Construction Awards Network ceremony. Many long-standing supporters of the programme have this URL bookmarked, saved in old supplier systems, or linked from historic press releases and trade-media coverage. Rather than show a dead link, we have preserved the address as a useful entry point into the broader awards programme — explaining how individuals and organisations can engage with the awards today, and where to find the information they are most likely to be looking for.
The awards remain the most credible independent recognition platform for the regional construction industry. Below you will find a structured guide to the ways in which clients, contractors, consultants, specialist trades and supply-chain partners can get involved — whether that is by submitting an entry, sponsoring a category, supporting the wider programme or simply staying informed about future activity. Where relevant we have included direct links to the appropriate page of the site.
Entering the awards
Entry is open to any organisation or individual operating across the UK of England, spanning Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Cumbria. The category framework is reviewed regularly to reflect the priorities of the regional industry and includes recognition for main contractors, clients, SMEs, specialist trades (including plumbing and heating, electrical, mechanical and broader specialist trade contractors), digital construction, sustainability, heritage and restoration, collaboration and emerging talent. There is no entry fee and no commercial sponsorship influence on category outcomes.
Each submission consists of a written response of up to fifteen hundred words against the published category criteria, supported by up to five project images and optional referee contact details. Entries are reviewed by an independent panel of senior practitioners drawn from across the contracting, consulting, client and supply-chain communities. Major project categories include site visits or virtual project walk-throughs as part of the final scoring round. Structured feedback is available to every entrant on request following the ceremony.
Sponsoring a category
Sponsorship is the most effective way to position a brand at the centre of the regional construction industry. Our sponsors do not buy advertising — they buy alignment. Aligning a brand with the region's most credible recognition programme signals to clients, competitors and a workforce that the organisation operates at the very top of the industry. Sponsorship packages are available across category, headline, programme and supporting tiers, and are built around three things: visibility throughout the awards cycle, twelve-month digital and PR presence, and premium hospitality. Each package is tailored individually to the sponsor's commercial objectives, whether those are talent attraction, new client introduction or category leadership.
A full breakdown of sponsorship options, audience demographics and benefits is available on our dedicated sponsorship page. The awards office is also able to discuss bespoke sponsorship arrangements that fall outside the standard package set.
Historic ticketing enquiries
Visitors arriving from older marketing material, supplier portals or third-party event listings may have followed a link expecting to find ticket or table booking information. For historic reasons that address is preserved here. For any enquiry relating to past events, historic invoices, attendee records, refund queries, photography requests or programme archives, please contact the awards office directly via our contact page. The team aims to respond to all enquiries within one working day.
The format of the awards has evolved over time and current information about how the programme operates today is best found across the rest of this site. The categories page explains how excellence is recognised. The shortlist and winners pages document the most recent and historic recipients of recognition. The about page covers the history, mission and judging integrity that underpin the programme.
Staying informed
The awards calendar runs on a regular annual cycle, with category windows, shortlist announcements and recognition events all communicated through our standard channels. To stay informed about future activity, the best route is to contact the awards office directly so we can ensure the right contact at your organisation is included in our communications.
Thank you for your continued interest in the Construction Awards Network. Whether you are returning to a familiar address or arriving for the first time, we appreciate your engagement with the programme and look forward to recognising the next generation of regional excellence.
